Christoph Graeber advises companies on issues of intellectual property, copyright and competition law, data protection and distribution. He has extensive experience in negotiating and handling national and international IT and e-commerce projects as well as licensing, research and development agreements.
He advises and represents national and international clients – from start-ups to international corporations across multiple sectors – in matters of trademarks and other distinctive signs, designs, copyright, as well as unfair competition law (UWG – Act against Unfair Competition). His practice ranges from strategic consultation in preparation for the acquisition of property rights to the registration of trademarks and designs, their licensing and exploitation, as well as monitoring and enforcing these rights. His expertise also includes consulting on the legally compliant handling and use of personal data in new utilization concepts.
As a trial lawyer, Christoph Graeber represents clients before all competent civil courts, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO, the German Federal Patent Court as well as the European Court of First Instance and the ECJ.
